Tran Thi Thuy Dung is New Miss Vietnam 2008

Hoi An City, VIETNAM - Tran Thi Thuy Dung was crowned Miss Vietnam 2008 this Sunday. She's 18 years old, 1m78 m-tall, and hails from Da Nang City.

Miss Vietnam 2008 will now get ready to represent her country in Miss World 2008, in Johannesburg, South Africa, on December 13.

The first runner-up is Phan Hoang Minh Thu from the Central Highlands province of Lam Dong and the second runner-up is Nguyen Thuy Van, from Hanoi.

The top ten beauties were chosen after 30 contestants performed in ao dai, swimwear and night gown.
